Engauge, a marketing agency jointly formed by Stan Rapp and Halyard Capital, has acquired digital agency Spunlogic. Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
With the Spunlogic acquisition, the Columbus, OH-based agency now consists of Engauge Communication (formerly advertising agency TenUnited), Engauge Direct (formerly database and direct marketing agency Direct Impact), Engauge Digital (formerly Spunlogic), and digital technology development firm StreamRight.
