Elbit Ltd., an Internet marketer based in Shefayim, Israel, has acquired the business and assets of ValueFlash.com, Inc. (“Vflash”) for $3.5 million.
Vflash has developed “vflash messenger.” a proprietary e-messaging technology that reportedly provides a new marketing channel enabling customers to deliver personalized data based on their predefined preferences and interests directly to their consumers’ desktops.
