DraftWorldwide, Chicago, has acquired a majority interest in Capita Technologies Inc., a 400-person e-business solutions company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Capita will operate as an autonomous unit and continue to be headed by Jeff Kvam, president and CEO.
Capita, provides business strategy, Web enablement and systems and supply-chain integration services to clients. It has built more than 1,200 Web sites and has more than 1,000 business clients.
