Draft Taps Tison for Paris

Draft has named Joelle Tison managing director of its Paris office. Tison replaces Didier Stora, who leaves at the end of a three-year contract to integrate several agencies that Draft bought in France. The change is effective immediately.

Joelle Tison

Tison had been managing director of OgilvyOne, Paris, since 1995. She first worked at McCann (Draft’s sister company under Interpublic Group of Cos.) where her mother headed up the media-buying department. Tison wrapped Christmas gifts and interned during the summer; she was 15.

Draft is “destined to rank among the Top Five relationship marketing agencies in the country,” said Tison in a statement. “Draft Paris has … a global network, blue-chip clients, experience, proprietary marketing tools and a complete offer … from research to sales promotion to CRM, both on and offline.”

Chicago-based Draft ranked No. 7 in the 2004 PROMO 100 with estimated 2003 revenues of $338 million, up about 13% from 2001.
