R.R. Donnelley Online Services, Chicago, and ClickAction Inc. have combined forces to offer ClickAction’s request based e-mail services to Donnelley clients under a private label.
Both companies see the partnership as a way for companies to use e-mail marketing to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with their customers.
