The Summit will be held concurrently with the Direct Marketing Association’s annual conference Monday, Oct. 27, at the San Diego Convention Center.
The day will kick off with an introduction from Chief Marketer managing editor and Summit chair Beth Negus Viveiros, followed by a presentation by Alec Bokman of McKinsey & Co. on how CMOs can unlock “power of one” marketing.
Amy Radin of the Huffington Post’s Daily Innovator will give the luncheon keynote on “Innovation: The C-Suite Challenge—From Hype to Getting It Done.”
Other afternoon speakers will include Larry Kavanaugh, senior vice president, digital, CohereOne; Khurrum Malik, head, global data partnerships, Facebook; Leigh Ober, chief people officer at Javelin Marketing Group; Pete Krainik, founder of the CMO Club; Peter Doucette, vice president of consumer sales and marketing, The Boston Globe; and Jim Brady, U.S. strategy & development, customer experience, General Motors.
Topics will include financing the next wave of marketing tech, finding the next generation of talent, measuring customer experience improvements and the changing role of marketing executives.
