The Direct Marketing Association has opened a teleservices Web site–the first of nine new direct marketing home pages the DMA will debut in coming weeks.
The teleservices site (www.the-dma.org/channels/teleservices.shtml), features links to the DMA Teleservices Council, the DMA’s Telephone Preference Service and articles, case studies or white papers on issues of interest to telemarketers.
The other Web sites on industry segments are: Agency & Consultant, Catalog, Consumer Marketing, Financial Services, Internet, List/Database and Publishing. The DMA has already established home pages for the international ( www.the-dma.org/international) and business-to-business (www.the-dma.org/b2b) segments. The DMA is headquartered in New York.
