DM Management Co., Hingham, MA, reported net income of $1.3 million on sales of $64.7 million for the first quarter ended March 27, 1999, compared with net income of $1.2 million on sales of $44.8 million for the same period last year. Net income increased by 11%, sales by 44%.
In a statement, president and CEO Gordon R. Cooke said he was especially pleased with the results because the company consolidated its operations and fulfillment into a new facility in Tilton, NH, during the quarter.
