It’s just as most of us suspected.
Here it is Oct. 1. The summer has passed, the Olympics are over, the election is nearing its finale. And there’s still no hint of postal reform.
But there’s more than a hint of a whopping postal rate hike, and for that we can only thank Congress. It had the opportunity to clean up this relic of the Nixon era, and it blew it.
