Direct Group has promoted Pat O’Brien to senior vice president, sales and marketing; Ron Snyder to vice president of direct mail operations and has given Chris Ryan responsibility for service, quality, sales and marketing. Direct Group, Pennington, NJ, is a direct marketing services provider.
Additionally, Rick Carletti will manage the company’s mail operations in addition to the lettershop functions he already directs. Jamie Edgington will oversee the company’s litho print team, laser operations and all scheduling. Both Carletti and Edgington will report to Snyder.
In his new role, O’Brien is responsible for sales for the entire company. He will report to Ryan. Ryan will also oversee June Busch, the company’s executive vice president of business development, whose role in integrating new clients into Direct Group has expanded under the new management structure
