Dialog Group Inc., a technology and database services firm has acquired for an undisclosed sum AdValiant.com the online advertising and affiliate marketing division of Empire Media Inc. Both companies are based in New York.
Dialog and AdValiant recently partnered on a new online marketing technology Adialogin, which was introduced in April at the AdTech conference in San Francisco.
As a result of the acquisition, Peter A. Bordes Jr., CEO of AdValiant and co-CEO of and chairman of the board at Empire Media, will become a member of the board of directors at Dialog.
