Information compiling giant Dun & Bradstreet, Murray Hill, NJ, will acquire manufacturing company database compiler Harris InfoSource International Inc., for an undisclosed sum.
Harris will continue to be headquartered in Twinsburg, OH and its chairman Robert Allen Harris, president Dennis Abrahams and CFO/COO Kevin Herendeen, will continue in their positions.
The acquisition includes Harris’ directories, CD-ROM software databases, online information products and its new “all business” database.
