Database marketing company Datagence in Red Bank, NJ, has introduced the Consumer Health and Ailment Sufferers file, which identifies 28 million ailment sufferers.
These people have indicated that they or someone in their household has a specific ailment or illness. They responded to surveys online, by mail or in person.
Each record features a postal and an e-mail address.
