Concepts Direct Inc. has sold its Colorful Images direct marketing business to Current USA for an undisclosed sum.
Under the terms of the sale, Longmont, CO-based Concepts will provide certain transition services to Current through December while Current completes transition of the Colorful Images business into its operation.
Concepts continues to own and operate its Linda Anderson, The Music Stand, Garfield Stuff, Colorful Characters and New Bargains catalogs.
