Community Foundations of America, Inc. has chosen Kintera Inc. to manage and provide Web-based technology for a national donor advised fund service.
The Kintera Directed Giving program will provide the supporting platform and management for a national “donor advised” fund service that will benefit local community foundation members.
Donor advised funds allow individuals efficiently manage their charitable giving by making an irrevocable contribution of personal assets such as cash, stocks, bonds, appreciated securities at the most tax-advantageous time, according to Kintera.
