CommercialWare Inc., a provider of direct marketing software, has acquired OrderMotion, a New York-based developer of online retailing systems for smaller companies.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under terms of the agreement, OrderMotion CEO Niels Christensen will become vice president of ASP solutions at Natick, MA-based CommercialWare.
