Philadelphia-based Comcast Corp. opened an 86,000-square-foot teleservices center in Irvine, TX on June 4. The new facility will house more than 450 customer service reps and local technical operations teams.
The facility will allow Comcast to create 300 new jobs, resulting in a $61 million favorable economic impact for metropolitan Dallas. Reps there will handle inbound customer service calls related to Comcast
