Apparel cataloger Coldwater Creek Inc., based in Sandpoint ID, has sold its Milepost Four men’s catalog to RKC Mail, LLC.
Terms were not disclosed but Coldwater expects to report a gain of approximately $835,000 for the quarter ending Aug. 31.
Investment bank Tucker Alexander, Princeton, NJ, handled the sale.
Milepost Four had net sales of $20.4 million in fiscal 1998, with annual circulation of approximately 13 million catalogs.
