Daniel Palumbo reemerged this week as Coca-Cola’s new chief marketing officer, less than a week after announcing he was leaving his position as senior VP and president of Eastman Kodak’s consumer imaging division.
He replaces Steven Jones, who resigned from Coca-Cola in March. Palumbo, who becomes the third Coca-Cola CMO in as many years, will oversee all of Coca-Cola’s marketing and brand building.
Palumbo reports to Coca-Cola President and CEO Steven Heyer, who has taken an especially hands-on approach to the company’s marketing, including the current Real campaign.
