CMGI Inc., a direct and Internet marketing venture capital company, has divested its minority debt and equity interest in Signatures SNI Inc. for $8 million.
The Andover, MA firm acquired a majority interest in Signatures SNI Inc. in Sept. 1999. In Feb. 2001, CMGI restructured its interest in Signatures SNI, receiving the minority interest and debt position which was divested Thursday.
Signatures SNI is a music industry merchandising and licensing outfit.
