While the base cost remains the same, job description, job function, business/industry, number of employees, annual company revenue, and geography are $10/M; annual IS budget and percentage of subscriber involvement with the IS budget are $25/M; and operating system, network operating system, computer installation at site, and products purchased are $35/M. The list includes over 28,000 CIO’s and senior executive who oversee annual IT budgets in excess of $56 million who have given permission to receive third-party e-mail.
