Charles Morgan, the company leader of Acxiom Corp. and former chair of the Direct Marketing Association, is expected to join Rick Ketchum, president and deputy chairman of the NASDAQ Stock Market, to preside over the ceremonial market open Thursday.

The event takes place Nov. 21 at about 9:30 a.m.

Acxiom had been scheduled to open the market on Sept. 13, 2001, but plans were put off after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Acxiom has been listed with NASDAQ since December 1983.
