CGI Holding Corp. has announced plans to merge with Morex Marketing Group, LLC, the parent company of Babytobee.com.
Babytobee.com markets online to expectant parents. Morex co-founder Lloyd Ecker, cofounder of Morex, said in a statement that Babytobee.com has captured over 33% of the current pregnant population in its database and expects to capture 50% in the next 12 months.
Ecker and his partner, Robert Moore will continue to lead the business after the closing of the merger.
In the merger, the company plans to pay the shareholders of Morex six times Morex’s pre-tax income for the 12 months ended June 30
