Carlson Marketing Group, Minneapolis, will acquire Peppers & Rogers Group in an all-cash transaction. Details of the deal, which is expected to close next week, were not disclosed.
Peppers & Rogers Group, a CRM consultancy, will continue to operate out of its Norwalk, CT headquarters, under its own name. All 100 of its employees are expected to remain with the company.
