Burger King Continues the “Twilight Saga”

Burger King is continuing its partnership with the Twilight Saga with promotions that include branded premiums, TV spots and games.

The latest installment of the saga, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” opens in theaters June 30.

The in-restaurant games plays off the plot in the film in which Bella is forced to choose between Edward and Jacob. Customers who buy a Value Meal will receive one game piece, while those who purchase the upsized Value Meal will receive two game pieces.

Each game piece shows an image of a character from the movie. Players select one of two scratch off areas, one representing Jacob, the other Edward for a chance to win a range of prizes including $100,000, a 2011 Volvo, a Vespa, private screenings, movie tickets for a year from Fandango and BK products and menu items.

include those in Kids Meals (charm bracelets, crest rings and other products); water bottles, paper crowns, and movie themed BK Crown Cards.

TV spots began yesterday that include “real” Twilight fans.
