Blagman Media Inc. will purchase R.C. Romine Inc., a marketing services firm based in Geneva, IL. While financial details of the transaction are still being worked out, R.C. Romine principals will receive a mix of cash and stock. Blagman will not print any additional stock to cover the purchase.
Los Angeles-based Blagman anticipates realizing $5 million in billing from R.C. Romine within the first 12 months of the acquisition.
