Computer networking direct marketer Black Box Corp., Pittsburgh, has purchased the cabling and network connectivity business of Icon Telemarketing Technologic Ltd. in Santiago, Chile.
Terms were not disclosed.
Black Box will merge the acquired operations into its existing Black Box Chile subsidiary. Incremental annual revenue from Icon is expected to amount to $1 million.
