YP Corp. the Internet yellow pages publisher has appointed Peter J. Bergmann to serve as chairman, president and CEO. Bergmann, a current director of the company, succeeds Angelo Tullo who resigned as an officer and director of the company following the May 28 indictments of former management executives of American Business Funding Corp., which included Tullo.
