AXA Financial, Inc. has entered an 18-month, multi-million dollar partnership with Madison Square Garden, making the company an official marketing partner of the New York Knicks and Rangers.
AXA plans to support the venue and its professional sports organizations with a variety of events throughout the term. The latest event took place April 22 when William Dove successfully completed a half-court shot at the Knicks-Nets playoff game at the Garden. Dove received a check for $50,000 in the AXA Financial Shoot for the Loot contest. The event was held during each of the Knicks home playoff games on April 22 and 25.
AXA has also entered into similar partnerships with the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit and the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis in an effort to build a stronger brand presence and develop relationships with key customers and top prospects.
