Musicmaker.com will offer custom CD’s and downloadable music through America Online Inc. The three-year agreement is valued at $20 million.
AOL will receive over $18 million in guaranteed payments from musicmaker.com and both companies will share any profits musicmaker makes selling music over AOL. In addition, AOL receives a $2 million equity stake in musicmaker.com.
