Andersen Consulting, a management and technology consultancy, has teamed up with Commerce One, Inc., an electronic commerce systems developer, to form a global alliance to help companies leverage the power of buying and selling over the Internet.
Under terms of the alliance, Andersen will establish a dedicated team focused on e-procurement and marketplace solutions. This team will help Andersen’s clients maximize the benefits of Commerce One’s e-procurement systems.
The two firms will also provide business-to-business e-commerce portal services, consulting, and systems integration services for vertical and regional organizations worldwide.
