To help Alternate Marketing Networks Inc., Grand Rapids, MI, implement its Internet strategy of acquisition of other companies and introduction of new products, it has created an advisory board.
The first appointee is Kim Garretson, co-founder of NovoInteractive.com. NovoInteractive helped develop e-commerce for Toyota, IKEA, Motorola, and E-Trade, among other clients.
The board will develop strategy to better align Alternate Marketing Network’s traditional offline services with new online products and initiatives. In addition to direct marketing, the agency offers Internet, and advertising and marketing to such clients as Kellogg, America Online, and GTE/Bell Atlantic.
