AFP Names Brian Wolfe CEO

American Family Enterprises, parent company of beleaguered magazine stampsheet marketer American Family Publishers (AFP), has named Brian Wolfe president and CEO. He replaces Susan Caughman, who was promoted to chairman. Wolfe will be responsible for day-to-day operations. A 15-year veteran of Time Inc., Wolfe previously served as vice president of consumer marketing for Sports Illustrated. In October, AFP filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after reaching tentative agreements to settle dozens of class-action lawsuits for alleged deceptive advertising practices.
