Advo Inc. has acquired Toronto-based FACC Corp, which includes both First Avenue and Breezeway Communications.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. This is the first international acquisition in Windsor, CT-based Advo’s 73-year history.
FACC Corp. specializes in the targeting and distribution of in-home print advertising. The company’s client base includes over 100 companies, including international food service/restaurant groups and packaged goods manufacturers. The company distributes over 250 million mailing pieces annually to segments of Canada’s 11 million households.
The current senior management of FACC will remain in place. Advo is based in Windsor, CT.
