AdMob Is Now a Better Fit for Performance Marketers

Mobile devicesMobile advertising has emerged as a legitimate weapon for performance marketers in the past couple years or so. The largest such weapon is Google’s AdMob, which combines search, display and mobile app ads. Up until recently, it wasn’t quite a good fit for performance marketers because of the lack of AdWords integration and limited level of control. But in June, Google integrated AdMob into AdWords and gave marketers more flexibility and targeting options. This search engine marketing pro is running a test with a client and has found that while a target CPA hasn’t been reached yet, it’s clear that there’s plenty of volume available on AdMob.
