Acxiom Corp. has named Jerry D. Gramaglia and Clark M. Kokich to its board of directors.
Gramaglia is currently a private investor/advisor to consumer-oriented technology start-ups. He recently served as partner for Arrowpath Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. Prior to that he was CMO and then president and COO for E*TRADE Group Inc., a provider of electronic financial services.
Gramaglia began his career at Procter and Gamble and later held senior marketing and general management positions for Nestle, PepsiCo, Imasco and Sprint.
Kokich is chairman of the board of Razorfish, a digital marketing and technology firm acquired in 2007 by Microsoft. He has been with Razorfish for over 10 years, serving in key positions, including CEO.
Prior to Razorfish, he was CEO of Calla Bay, Inc., and before that was director of sales and marketing for a division of McCaw Cellular Communications. In his early career he spent 12 years in traditional advertising, including the position of executive vice president / managing director for Cole & Weber, a division of Ogilvy & Mather.
