Acxiom Corp. and AZ Bertelsmann Direct have signed an agreement to jointly provide international marketing data and information services to the European market. The alliance leverages the market presence of Guetersloh, Germany-based Bertelsmann in France, Austria, Spain and Switzerland and Acxiom’s London presence.
As part of the alliance, Acxiom will introduce its AbiliTec data integration tool into Europe, providing a channel for Bertelsmann’s consumer and business data resources.
