Computer-related publisher Ziff-Davis Inc., New York, has priced at $19 per share its initial public offering of 10 million shares of for ZDNet, its Internet business division.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette are the joint global coordinators of this offering. Hambrecht & Quist is a co-manager.
The firm has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares of common stock to cover over-allotments.
