Vantage Direct Marketing Services, a consultancy focused on non-profit organizations, has added new executives to its management and marketing team.
Chris McConaughey joined the Boston-based company as senior vice president of marketing. He will be responsible for overseeing VDMS marketing strategy and operations, including client account services, database marketing, creative and production.
Tim Moriarty will serve as vice president of database marketing. Prior to joining VDMS, he was vice president of strategy and analysis at web-analytics firm NetGenesis.
