USA Technologies has acquired competitor Stitch Networks for an undisclosed sum.
The developer of systems for conducting business through mobile communications devices, will reportedly now have nearly 1,000 customers worldwide and operate at more than 3,000 different locations.
USA Technologies is based in Wayne, PA.
