Universal Pictures has restructured its International Theatrical Marketing and Distribution management in order to better coordinate the efforts of its London and Los Angeles operations.
The changes include:

Jack Ledwith, VP-international distribution, will take on the added title of managing director, Los Angeles Operations.

Rachel Staff has been appointed VP-marketing and will be responsible for overseeing all creative and marketing campaigns for Universal Pictures internationally.

Niels Swinkels has been named marketing director and will oversee international media, promotions and marketing activities for all Universal films.

Ivan Wormley has been appointed marketing director, acquired films.
The new team will continue to work closely with the distribution teams at Universal to maximize the potential of each release. With the exception of Ledwith, all positions are in London.
