United Airlines and UAL Loyalty Services have chosen Grey Direct as their direct marketing agency of record. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
“The review was a rigorous one in which we considered 12 agencies that could meet our needs,” said Scott Praven, senior vice president of marketing for United Airlines, in a statement.
“Gray Direct integrates advanced analytics into innovative creative to cost effectively deliver communications and offers that will inform and excite our customers.”
Grey will join UAL in the wake of the airline
