Trans Cosmos Inc., a Japanese IT service provider, has completed its tender offer to acquire DoubleClick Japan for $14 million.
DoubleClick Japan will continue to sell the online advertising company’s suite of DART technology products in that market.
New York-based DoubleClick Inc. sold about 45,049 shares to TCI, increasing its stake from 36.4% to approximately 62% of the voting shares.
