Toy giant Toys “R” Us, Paramus, NJ, has named Warren Kornblum, 46, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Kornblum, formerly managing partner at ad agency Bozell Worldwide in New York, is responsible for all marketing and advertising activities for the Toys “R” Us, Kids “R” Us and Babies “R” Us divisions. The company entered the direct channel last year when it launched an e-commerce Web site (http://www.toysrus.com).
