Touch Clarity, a provider of behavioral targeting systems for online marketers, has named Jeffrey Clayton vice president of regional sales.

Clayton brings to Touch Clarity more than 16 years of sales and marketing consulting experience. At DoubleClick, Clayton worked with clients on marketing automation technology.

Previously, Clayton spent 12 years with EDS as a marketing automation and technology consultant.
