Ticket direct marketer Tickets.com (www.tickets.com), based in Newport Beach, CA, has completed its merger with Advantix Inc.
Terms were not disclosed.
The merged company, called Tickets.com, will enable more than 3,800 venues to leverage the Tickets.com brand as well as provide consumers with aggregated information from more than 35,000 venues. Unique among ticketing companies, Tickets.com offers consumers access to entertainment information and ticketing sources, regardless of whether Tickets.com directly sells the ticket.
Separately, Tickets.com has gone live with direct online ticketing for hundreds of entertainment organizations.
