TGI Friday’s has named Andrew Jordan as senior vice president of marketing.
In his role, Jordan will be in charge of all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, advertising, promotion development, consumer insights, beverage marketing, menu strategy and retail brand licensing for T.G.I. Friday’s U.S.A.
The position takes effect Dec. 10.
Jordan replaces Terri Snyder, the vice president and chief marketing officer of Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, the parent company of TGI Friday’s. Snyder left in April to work as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Checker’s Drive-In Restaurants (Promo April 9, 2007).

Jordan joins TGI Friday’s from Zyman Marketing Group where he worked as managing principal. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at several organizations, including as founder and principal of Boost Brand Consulting and as executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Wyndham International, Inc.
