Super Coups, a subsidiary of Windsor, CT-based direct mail coupon company Advo, Inc., has acquired Yellow Jacket Franchise Corp.’s franchise system. Yellow Jacket’s operations, with franchises located in California, Arizona, and Nevada, will become part of the Super Coups system. According to a spokesman, the purchase terms were for an undisclosed amount of cash.
Bob Philpott, Yellow Jacket’s president and CEO, will join Super Coups as the business development manager for Western markets.
“Acquiring Yellow Jacket is important for Super Coups because we have been very focused on growing our business in the West,” said Don McKenzie, president and CEO of Super Coups in a statement.
