The Sportsman’s Guide, Inc., the South St. Paul, MN-based outdoor cataloger, reported a net loss of four cents per share for the quarter ended June 30, down from a loss of 18 cents per share for the same quarter in 2000.
Earnings before income taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the second quarter were $300,000, up from a loss of the same amount last year.
Revenue for the quarter climbed to approximately $32 million from the $30.3 million reported for the same period last year.
“The operational changes that we initiated in late 2000 continue to have a positive impact on results,” said CEO/president Greg Binkley, in a statement.
