Heartland America tapped Specialists Marketing Services Inc. as its primary list brokerage representative responsible for new customer acquisition.
Specialists will provide catalog circulation and other multichannel marketing services, besides making list recommendations. Specialists vice president Fred Onemma will handle the account.
Heartland offers a diverse product line including consumer electronics, cameras and optics, office equipment, pet items, jewelry, housewares and fitness equipment.
The company has 713,680 customers. An average order in the last 12 months ran $100. A typical customer is 40 to 55 years old and has annual household income of $50,000 or better. About 25% are women.
Specialists became Heartland
